2008 Steven G. Lapointe Award: Tammy Gales & Michael Grosvald
The Steven G. Lapointe Award is a research stipend from an endowed fund named in honor of Prof. Lapointe, a prominent theoretician who served for many years as the Chair of the Graduate Group in Linguistics. This year's recipients are Tammy Gales and Michael Grosvald, doctoral candidates in Linguistics.
All are welcome to attend the SGL Award Ceremony on April 30, 2008 (3:00, 912 Sproul Hall).
