Seeking Temporary Instructor for Summer Session I & II 2021

The Department of Linguistics at the University of California at Davis invites applications for temporary teaching positions in Linguistics for Summer Session I and/or Summer Session II, 2021. The Department seeks applicants with demonstrated research and teaching expertise. A completed Ph.D. degree in Linguistics or related field is required.

The candidate should have a strong background in computational linguistics. He/she should be able to teach an upper division course in the area of computational linguistics. Experience working with teaching assistants and remote instruction is preferred and experience with Canvas, a class management system, is a plus.

Compensation is commensurate with ability and experience.
